Globe, the mobile leader and top digital solutions provider in the Philippines, is celebrating its annual G Day with life-enabling tools and rewards to thank customers for their loyalty. The month-long celebration, which extends beyond September 17 to 0917, promises to bring Filipinos closer to their dreams with digital innovations and next-gen tech experiences.

Globe is also committed to using the G Day platform to reiterate its message of environmental sustainability. Throughout its G Day events and activities, Globe is championing sustainability by encouraging customers to observe eco-friendly and socially-conscious practices through small acts – from proper waste disposal, avoiding the use of single-use plastics, to using sustainable transport through the use of Globe’s electric vehicle shuttles to and from event venues, or via carpooling. 

Customers are also encouraged to support advocacies such as the Hapag Movement, the Globe-led initiative that aims to address involuntary hunger through supplemental feeding and livelihood training.

Here’s how Globe is going to help make customers’ dreams come true every day this September:

G Chance The Raffle (September 1-30) 

Globe customers can redeem their Rewards points for a raffle entry via the GlobeOne App, allowing them to choose a category for the G Chance Raffle. Prizes include clean transport prizes like Nissan Kicks e-powered vehicles or Gogoro Smartscooters, intelligent home enablement through Globe At Home technologies, Globe Roaming packages to Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and trips to Davao and Coron with the Discovery Hotels Group. The raffle also aims to kickstart online businesses and equip aspiring vloggers with industry leaders like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. Winners will receive premium subscriptions like the RUSH Spark Lite e-Store Platform and Canva Pro, as well as tools for their creator or business owner journey. G Music Fest (September 16) 

G Music Fest, a Music and Creator Festival, is returning for its fourth year, featuring an all-Pinoy lineup featuring local talent from OPM OGs to young emerging performers. The event will feature Urbandub, December Avenue, Lola Amour, Dilaw, PLAYERTWO, Paul Pablo, Sugarcane, The Itchyworms, Mayonnaise, Ace Banzuelo, Nobita, Munimuni, and Syd Hartha at Circuit Grounds in Makati. Attendees can also enjoy the DJ lounge sponsored by MYX Global. The Creator Hub will encourage self-expression, learning, and creativity through art and community building activities. Attendees can enjoy a variety of food choices from handpicked concessionaires, including Better than Ice Cream (BTIC), Kurimu, Pocofino, Jamba Juice, Pancake House, Yellow Cab, Pickup Coffee, Shakeys, Potato Corner, Army Navy, and Coca Cola and San Miguel Brewery. G Music Fest also encourages sustainability, limiting single-use plastic use among concessionaires, encouraging BYO water bottles, and providing water refilling stations sponsored by Klean Kanteen. Water efficient portalets will be deployed on the ground and manned waste bins will ensure proper waste segregation.

Attendees can also enjoy sustainable transport to and from the venue through electric vehicles provided by GET EV official shuttle partner, with pickup points at Alabang Town Center, One Ayala, and TriNoMa.

G Creator Con (September 17)

G Creator Con is an event aimed at empowering Filipinos in the music, content, design, and technology sectors. The event will take place at The Globe Tower, BGC Amphitheater, and Globe Creator House, transforming BGC into an Art & Tech City powered by Globe. It serves as a foundation for Globe’s Creator Culture, a program that combines thought-leadership, creative tech experiences, and creator project grants. Panelists include Meta, YouTube, DTI Design Center, Myx, Social Media Marketing PH, Bitskwela, and creative thought-leaders. The event also features interactive activities from KROMA Entertainment, NABU, Kumu, Samsung, and JobStreet. Achieving creators can also have cinematic headshots taken at the Globe Creator House. Passes to the Creator Talks and Speed Mentorship can be redeemed with Rewards points via the GlobeONE app.

G Fair (September 23-24)

The G Fair, an art and tech pop-up market, will take place at the BGC Amphitheater next weekend. The event will feature Filipino entrepreneurs and artists, curated by micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and artists from MoCAF. The bazaar will showcase businesses with diverse causes, such as sustainability advocates, social entrepreneurs, and regional businesses. Customers can also explore eight participating art galleries featuring emerging Filipino artists in partnership with MoCAF. Pre-orders can be made online a few days before the event. During the G Fair weekend, attendees can experience digital solutions offered by Globe Business, participate in interactive art activities, and win exciting raffle prizes.

G Battle Zone: G Legends Cup and REV Major (September 23-30)

Globe is hosting the G Legends Cup, an online Mobile Legends tournament, and the Philippines’ largest fighting game tournament, REV Major 2023. The tournament will feature the best of Pinoy gamers against international esports athletes. Winners will receive cash prizes and a chance to meet and scrim with Globe’s main gaming ambassador, Blacklist International.
