Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI), a life-science-based agricultural company, has partnered with Malaysian companies NAFAS Agri Services Sdn. Bhd. and FGV Agri Services Sdn. Bhd. to introduce WEED Solut-ioN®, a pesticide reductant, to the rice smallholder ecosystem. The product, designed to reduce pesticide use by up to 50%, will be distributed through government channels and open markets in Malaysia. This partnership aims to promote a healthier, safer, and more sustainable farming environment for over 200,000 rice farmers in Malaysia.

WEED Solut-ioN®, a pesticide reductant introduced by PAI, has been supplied to Indonesian farmers and plantations since 2014. In Indonesia alone, the usage of over 3.5 million liters of this reductant has been recorded across various agricultural sectors.

The introduction of the WEED Solut-ioN® took place during the Seremonial Rapat Agung NAFAS. With oversight of nearly 1 million smallholders involved in various commodities in Malaysia, NASSB is recognized as PAI’s strategic partner in fulfilling its mission of establishing a sustainable agricultural sector.
