The Nissan tri-team participated in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lapu-Lapu, a challenging endurance race in the Asia-Pacific region. The race involved a 1.9-kilometer swim, a 90-kilometer bike ride, and a 21-kilometer run in 33°C heat. The team consisted of three groups: the Nissan Brand Ambassador group, the Nissan Employee group, and the Nissan Dealer Principals group. Despite the heat and strong winds, the Nissan tri-team demonstrated grit and resilience, navigating the course with precision and resilience.

In addition to their collective efforts, each group within the Nissan team showcased remarkable individual performances, contributing to the brand’s overall success at the 2024 Ironman 70.3 Lapu-Lapu. The Nissan Brand Ambassador group finished in the top 30% overall and top 10 for mixed relay teams, while the Nissan Employee team finished in the top 50% overall. Not to be outdone, the Nissan Dealer Principals finished strong in the top 70% overall.
