Cheesy Corn
Yield: 2-3 cups or servings
Ingredients:
1 can Jolly Whole Kernel Corn 425g
3-4 tbsp Cheese powder
Procedure:
Place 3-4 tablespoons of Jolly Whole Kernel Corn in serving size cups or bowls.
Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cheese powder in each serving cup. Mix well.
Mais Con Yelo
Yield: 2-3 glasses
Ingredients:
1 can 425g Jolly Whole Kernel Corn with the liquid
6-8 cups shaved ice
1 can condensada
Procedure: (For each glass)
Scoop ½ cup of ice in a tall glass. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of condensada, 2-3 tablespoons of Jolly Whole Kernel Corn and 2 tablespoons of the brine from the can.
Add another 1 to 1 ½ cups of shaved ice. Top with 2 tablespoons of condensada, 1 tablespoon of Jolly Whole Kernel Corn.
Buttered Corn
Ingredients:
¼ stick butter
1 can Jolly Whole Kernel Corn 425g, drained
Procedure:
Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
Add Jolly Whole Kernel Corn. Mix well over low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Thai Corn
Ingredients:
¼ stick butter
1 can Jolly Whole Kernel Corn 425g, drained
condensada or powdered milk
Procedure:
Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
Add Jolly Whole Kernel Corn. Mix well over low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Place buttered corn in individual serving cups.
Top with 2 tablespoons of condensada and/or powdered milk in each cup. Mix well.
