This pre-holiday event showcases an astounding assembly of rare, classic, and collectible automobiles that feeds any car enthusiast’s fantasy and emphasizes cars as works of art in terms of superb design and engineering. It’s presented by Gallery BiG, the team behind the Philippines’ first online auction house for art and other luxury goods. With motoring personality James Deakin serving as the auctioneer, BiG Car Auction is the first live auction hosted at the Shang and the inaugural luxury car auction organized by Gallery BiG.
One of the highlights of the auction is the highly coveted 2013 Ferrari California with a starting bid of Php8.8M. It’s packed with a 4.3L V8 engine, 483 horsepower, 373 lb./ft of torque, a retractable hardtop, and a whopping top speed of 308 km/hr that can go up to 100 km in just 3.4 seconds.
Some of the other phenomenal rides that will go under the hammer include the following: 2013 Ferrari FF, 2016 Aston Martin Vantage S, 2015 Benz A45 AMG, 2012 Mustang Shelby Cobra GT500, 1996 Porsche 911 CARRERA S (993), and 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport.
