Adidas global ambassador and NBA rising star, Jalen Green, is back in Manila for an exclusive JG4 Manila Tour by Adidas Philippines. After capping off a stellar rookie season, the Fil-Am Houston Rockets guard will be in the country this month for a unique opportunity to represent Adidas while reconnecting with his Filipino roots and experiencing basketball and street culture—Manila style.
The private JG4 Manila Tour marks Jalen’s third visit to the country, and his first time visiting as an NBA athlete and Adidas global ambassador. During his visit, the brand will be taking Jalen on a tour like no other, to give him a taste of the everyday Pinoy experience through local culture, street lifestyle, and grassroots sports.
“It is with great pride and excitement that Adidas Philippines welcomes another NBA athlete—and most importantly one with Filipino roots—to the country. This has been prepared a bit differently from how our previous athlete visits were because firstly, we are taking into consideration the health and safety of Jalen as well as our fellow Filipinos, but also, we wanted to make sure that we give Jalen this opportunity to see and experience a different and more authentic side of the Philippines as he represents the Three Stripes,” said Jen Dacasin, Adidas Philippines Brand Activation Manager.
