The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) has recognized top real estate developers from the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in its 2023 Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR). The top real estate developer, 8990 Housing Development Corporation, was awarded the top spot. Other top developers included the New APEC Group, Raemulan Lands, Inc., Axeia Group, Fiesta Communities, Inc., and Hausland Group. Other top developers included Borland Development Corporation, Homemark Group, and Lynville Land Development Corporation.
SHDA members were also recognized as among the top ten developers in North Luzon, with The New APEC Group of Companies bagging second place, followed by 8990 Group of Companies in third place. Borland Development Corporation was awarded sixth place, Prima Casa Land and House Inc. and Affiliates took seventh, Kirkwood Development Corporation came in eighth, and P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation & Affiliates landed in ninth place.
For the National Capital Region (NCR), the 8990 Group of Companies topped the list of Top Ten Developers for 2023. Raemulan Lands, Inc. and Axeia Group of Companies followed in second and third places. Homemark Group of Companies was awarded fourth place, The New Apec Group of Companies fifth, and Charles Builders Group sixth. In eighth place is Borland Development Corporation, with Citihomes Builders and Kaia Homes rounding out the top ten in tenth place.
Special awards were also presented to Raemulan Lands, Inc. for taking out the most units. Borland Development Corporation received the highest performing loans ratio award, and Citihomes Builders & Kaia Homes were honored for achieving the highest performing accounts ratio. Additionally, 8990 Housing Development Corporation was acknowledged for serving the most members, John Dorf Ventures Corporation was recognized for Mindanao, and Saekyung Realty Corporation for Visayas.
“These recognitions are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our member-developers. Their achievements reflect their commitment to excellence and underscore our association’s significant impact on housing development. The event also featured a renewal of Pag-IBIG Fund and its stakeholders’ pledge to integrity, in line with their shared effort to conduct all transactions with utmost professionalism and integrity towards achieving the highest tenets of public service.
The StaR awards, organized by Pag-IBIG Fund, celebrate top developers, employers, service partners, and key stakeholders across five major regions in the country.
