The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is proud to present the inaugural DTI Beauty Fair, a platform dedicated to promoting the growth and development of local beauty businesses. This event will take place from August 28 to September 1, 2024, at the SM Mega Fashion Hall in Mandaluyong City.
The DTI Beauty Fair aims to showcase the unique and innovative beauty products crafted by 50 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from across the Philippines. Visitors can expect to discover a wide range of products, including skincare, haircare, cosmetics, body care, handcrafted perfumes, and raw beauty ingredients.
The fair emphasizes the importance of self-care through the use of natural and organic ingredients sourced locally. This commitment to sustainability and ethical practices highlights the richness of the Philippines’ natural resources and the dedication of Filipino MSMEs to promoting a healthy and eco-friendly approach to beauty.
“The DTI Beauty Fair represents our commitment to supporting the growth and development of MSMEs in the beauty industry,” said DTI Acting Secretary Cristina A. Roque. “We invite everyone to join us in celebrating the innovation and creativity of our local beauty
entrepreneurs and to discover the best of what the Philippines has to offer.”
Beyond a marketplace, the DTI Beauty Fair offers an immersive experience for attendees. Visitors can enjoy live makeup demonstrations, product sampling, and a special photobooth area. The event also serves as a networking hub for local beauty brands to connect with potential customers, distributors, and industry peers.
The DTI Beauty Fair is a testament to the DTI’s commitment to empowering MSMEs and fostering economic growth within the beauty industry. By providing a platform for local brands to showcase their products and connect with a wider audience, the DTI aims to contribute to the development of a thriving Filipino beauty sector.
Join the DTI Beauty Fair and discover the best of Filipino beauty! The event is free and open to the public. For more information, follow the DTI on social media or contact the Bureau of Market Development, Promotions, and OTOP.
