The Growth Champions List awards independent companies that were able to thrive and drive up their business revenues from 2018 to 2021. This list is spearheaded by Statista, an international market research firm and the leading provider of market and consumer data, and Philippine Daily Inquirer, one of the country’s most credible and influential newspapers, with more than one million nationwide readers daily. This year, Sprout ranked in the Top 10 from 25 awarded companies out of 2,000 candidates and received the Top 5 spot out of nine others under the IT & Software category. This award can be attributed to Sprout successfully growing its total revenue from PHP 39.3 M back in 2017 to PHP 194.7 M in 2020 — a 394.77% increase in the span of three years. This award follows the company’s seventh ranking in the 2022 Philippine Growth Champions list.

The recent recognition of Sprout as a Growth Champion in the Philippines is supported by the G2 2023 Best Software Awards. Sprout Solutions earned a spot in the Top 50 HR Products category as they continuously push the boundaries for HR technology through their ecosystem of solutions. The award recognized software companies or products with at least 50 approved and published reviews during the 2022 calendar year. Around 100 companies are ranked based on a combination of Satisfaction and Market Presence scores for each vendor, and the top 100 products are ranked based on reviews across all categories they are a part of.
