Wargaming, the publisher of World of Warships, is launching a new benefits program called Captain’s Club to celebrate World Maritime Day. This program, available to all active account holders, offers a treasure chest of partner rewards, discounts, and bonuses, allowing players to turn their in-game captaincy into a reality.
A Competition for those called to Captaincy
This year’s World Maritime Day will be lucky for three World of Warships players, who will be selected to get their own boating education and licence at the school of their choice, with up to $3,000 USD covered by Wargaming. Players interested in the competition can enter by commenting why they’re interested in becoming a real-life captain on the Captain’s Club promotional video shared on the World of Warships official YouTube.
There’s even more up for grabs, as World of Warships will be releasing mystery Twitch Drops as part of the launch festivities. For the chance to win, players can tune in to the World of Warships Twitch stream on specified dates for their territories, which include 29 September for Europe, 4 October for North America and 11 October for Asia-Pacific.
