Baguio is celebrating the Panagbenga Festival with a feast featuring Tenya, Japan’s No. 1 Tempura Tendon, and RACKS. The restaurant, located in a former bed & breakfast and café, is nestled among the city’s iconic pine trees, offering a perfect spot to fuel up among the floats. The restaurant blends Baguio’s heritage with Tenya and RACKS’ signature flavors.
“Panagbenga is about bringing people together, and we’re excited to offer a space where families and friends can gather to enjoy great food,” said Managing Director Chukri Prieto III. “It’s the perfect stop for anyone looking to sit down and eat up.”
Soon, brand new dishes with local ingredients will be on offer alongside beloved classics like RACKS’ fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs or Tanya’s tasty tempura tendon. Every season has new delights to tantalize your tastebuds. RACKS and Tenya Baguio is an ideal place to unwind, share a meal, and enjoy–this festival season and beyond!
“There is so much energy during Panagbenga, and we wanted to make sure our restaurant reflects that,” shared Iggy Ramos, General Manager. “We hope people will make Tenya & RACKS a part of their festival tradition, get some great food, and make memories!”
As colorful creations and street dancers take center stage, RACKS, and Tenya are ready to serve as your Panagbenga pit stop. “We’re here to offer a welcoming space where you can enjoy a hearty meal in between all the fun,” added Denise Ramos, Director for Operations.
