The overnight stay package includes a complimentary breakfast, Maxibar, and wine as a special welcome amenity. Bookings and stay periods are until June 15, 2024.
Nobu Manila, a globally renowned brand, is offering a celebrity-inspired weekend brunch or dinner on June 16. Dads can enjoy unlimited servings of Nobu signatures, such as Black Cod Butter Lettuce and Signature Sashimi Trio, as well as baked slipper lobster and Kobe Smash Burgers from an all-you-can-eat a la carte menu. Nobu Manila offers a variety of seafood dishes, including the Whole Roasted Wagyu Brisket and Wagyu Chuck Roll, Irish Gallagher oysters, blue crabs, and shrimp on ice. The buffet features a variety of premium chef’s selections, including nigiri, sushi, and maki rolls, served with Nobu custom sauces. The brunch spread includes grilled pork ribs, kushiyaki, noodles, salads, tempura, hot dishes, and soups. The dessert corner includes a chocolate fountain, whole cakes, truffle parfaits, and ice cream flavors. Nobu Manila’s Father’s Day brunch on June 16 is priced at P4,388 net per person and includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
For dinner celebrations, Nobu Manila offers a seven-course tasting menu (P8,871.43 net per person), featuring seasonal dishes like zensai, Engawa, Hokkigai, White Fish in Butter Lettuce, Poached Salmon, and Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin. The dinner menu concludes with Kurogoma Rippoutai or black sesame mousse. Nobu’s dinner service is from 5 pm to 10 pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
On the other hand, Crystal Dragon is offering a Father’s Day a la carte menu from June 10-16, featuring Cantonese and regional Chinese specialties. The menu includes deep-fried Stuffed Crab Claw, double-boiled Pork Ribs, Wok-seared Australian Lamb Rack, Szechuan-style Oven Roast Grouper, and Chilled Bird’s Nest. Fathers dining on June 16 will receive a special amenity. Crystal Dragon is open daily from 12 noon to 11 pm.
The Café, an interactive show-kitchen restaurant at Hyatt Regency Manila, offers a curated buffet of local and international cuisine. Starting June 10, the buffet features new stations such as made-to-order tacos, Caesar salad, and roast beef sliders. Dinner services include carving stations, grill stations, Chinese barbecue stations, and sauté stations. Korean food lovers can enjoy specialties, Japanese and Indian dishes, seafood on ice, and soft-serve ice cream. The buffet is priced at P1,950 net for lunch P3,150 net for dinner, and P1,400 net for breakfast, including coffee and tea.
