The MOA outlines collaborations between the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and DataFlow Group to improve services for OFWs. Key areas include technical studies, process automation, capacity building, policy reform, and digital solutions development. The MOA aims to prevent and detect fraud in documentation and deployment processes, streamline document processing, enhance digital competencies, and identify areas for policy reform and program development. It also focuses on implementing digital technologies to improve registration, monitoring, and verification processes.

These services ensure the authenticity and accuracy of documents required for overseas employment, such as visas, educational credentials, employment contracts, and other legal requirements. The partnership also aims to reduce complexity and processing time in preparing OFWs for deployment.
