PLDT’s wireless unit Smart Communications has partnered with Hatchiko Corp. to provide Smart load resellers with a digital platform. The platform allows resellers to manage transactions, monitor their load wallet balance, rebates, and Hatchifund balance, and simplify reloading and payments through Maya.
“Our partnership with Hatchiko through our key account Muenchen Corporation ensures that our Smart load products and services are accessible to the millions of Filipinos that they serve and, at the same time, augment the income of resellers by adding value-packed and relevant products to their portfolio,” said Gia Palafox, Head of Sales and Development at Smart.
