AirAsia MOVE, a travel booking app in the Philippines, advises travelers to plan their Christmas holidays and vacations ahead due to the Civil Aeronautics Board’s announcement of lower fuel surcharges. The CAB is lowering the fuel surcharge to level 5, reducing costs by up to 800 pesos for international flights and up to PHP542 for domestic travel.
