In a recently released M Safe video, former store employees of the company talked about how being safe at McDonald’s makes them feel good. The M Safe campaign aims to protect both its employees and customers, with initiatives that include the health protocols laid out by the Department of Tourism (DOT) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), with additional features unique to the food brand.

Henric, a former crew at McDo Robinsons Novaliches shared how working at McDonald’s has taught him the value of safety early on. Years after and as a business owner himself, he recalls and proudly shares how serious the company is on safety. Former crew members Arden and Khaycie also highlighted how safety has always been ingrained at McDonald’s. As their work now as an accounting associate and a sales agent required them to be in the field, they looked back at how safety is the first lesson being taught to new employees, highlighting the global stringent guidelines and procedures.

Customers are assured of safety in all ways. Apart from its Safety Seal-certified stores, McDonald’s continues to innovate and provide customers with other safe choices where they can enjoy their food by introducing Bike & Dine, Ride Thru, and outdoor dining so any customer can enjoy their favorites conveniently and safely.

In addition, McDonald’s employees are equipped with care kits, which contain vitamins to help them take better care of their health. The campaign also incorporates what the brand calls health managers. These designated employees are always on the lookout to ensure that health and sanitation rules are followed both by the staff and the customers while inside the restaurant. Whether, dine-in, delivery, or ride-thru, customers are assured that their food is safely prepared through its stringent global food quality standards and strict safe and healthy protocols.
