Ines de la Fressange is back with another capsule collection in collaboration with Uniqlo—this time for the Fall-Winter 2021 collection consisting of LifeWear pieces that reflect Ines’ belief in bringing “effortless French style” to the world.
Ines took inspiration from the Swiss village of Rossinière, adored by artists for its breathtaking mountain scenery. Situated at Lake Geneva district with pastoral views of meadows stretching over the mountain valleys, it’s also where Ines spends her Christmas holidays—a theme that underlines the entire series. The whole collection can be summed up in one word: Cozy.
Much like previous seasons, the latest installment consists of ready-to-wear pieces which can be mixed and matched for the ultimate, Parisian chic outfit. The latest collection, which features 41 items, including dresses, pants and skirts, shirts, outerwear, knits, and accessories, delivers sophisticated and relaxed styling characteristics radiating nostalgia and warmth.
Each piece comes in earth tones such as beige, moss green, and classic black and gray. The garments that make up the new season are those in a minimalist style and are combined with fine menswear tailoring, so iconic in Inès’ wardrobe. A versatile collection that encompasses different styles, where we find garments such as cashmere ponchos and the simple silhouette 3D knit dresses that every woman will surely fall for. The collection includes items with check prints or with small floral details, knitted sets made of lamb’s wool material, a range of characteristically-Ines-style of masculine jackets and corduroy suits, pleated skirts, matching vests with trousers, blouses, and trench coats. Accessories such as berets and reusable shopping bags in a wide variety of patterns are also included.
The Uniqlo x Ines De la Fressange 2021 Fall/Winter collection will be available at select UNIQLO stores across the Philippines and through the uniqlo.com/ph online store beginning September 10.
