The campaign highlights the company’s understanding of its evolving needs and delivering its promises through life’s most challenging moments. The first story is about a cancer-diagnosed mother who purchased a policy from Pru Life UK, allowing her to cover medical expenses and focus on her recovery and family.
Another story was about a dad who, through his Pru Life UK financial advisor, understood the importance of insurance and had chosen the proper protection plan to best cater to his daughter’s needs and wants.
Lastly, a pregnant mom appreciated her policy because she thoroughly understood its terms with the help of her financial advisor, enabling her to better prepare for her family’s future. These customer experiences inspire and motivate the company to fulfill its purpose of being lifelong partners and protectors of Filipino families.
As a testament to this commitment, over 8,000 claims were approved, and Php 1.9 billion in claims and insurance benefits for maturity policies were disbursed by Pru Life UK last year, based on the 2023 Selected Financial Statistics report to Insurance Commission1.
