Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer will be the official Lifestyle Rewards Partner for Lady Gaga’s upcoming concerts in Singapore. Members will have priority access to tickets from March 20th, 2025, during the KrisFlyer Presale. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster using Mastercard credit or debit cards via a private link. To unlock this access, members must register online and subscribe to KrisFlyer and SIA Group Email Promotions by March 13th, 2025.
In addition, KrisFlyer members can redeem miles for tickets in Categories 1 to 6 via the KrisFlyer Experiences website from 20th March 2025. PPS Club members, Solitaire PPS Club supplementary cardholders, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members will be able to redeem tickets from 1200hrs (Singapore time). KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members will be able to make redemptions from 1500hrs (Singapore time).
The redemption rates are 42,000 miles for Category 1 tickets, 38,000 miles for Category 2 tickets, 32,000 miles for Category 3 tickets, 38,000 miles for Category 4 tickets, 30,000 miles for Category 5 tickets, and 26,000 miles for Category 6 tickets.
Members need a Ticketmaster account to purchase tickets via cash or generate the tickets after redemption using KrisFlyer miles. A maximum of six tickets can be purchased for each Ticketmaster transaction, and a maximum of six tickets can be redeemed via miles on KrisFlyer Experiences by each member, across all ticket categories and shows. This partnership with Lady Gaga’s Singapore concert is KrisFlyer’s latest collaboration with high-profile music artistes, following Ed Sheeran’s Singapore tour in February 2024 and Stefanie Sun’s upcoming 25th anniversary concert in April 2025.
