Anticipating an increase in demand for residential properties with the upcoming completion of the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas Center Link Road Project, DMCI Homes is expanding its Allegra Garden Place project along Pasig Boulevard, Pasig City to offer more quality living spaces to homebuyers.
The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. launched in January the two-tower project’s second building, Soraya, which offers fresh inventory of spacious condominium units.
Units at the Soraya building range from 30 square meters (sq. m) to 83 sq. m., including a studio configuration which is ideal for those living a mobile lifestyle.
The fresh inventory adds to the units initially launched when the first building, Amina, was introduced late 2019.
DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the company sees Allegra Garden Place benefiting from the anticipated increase in business activities in the area because of the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas Center Link Road Project as well as the upcoming Metro Manila Subway Project.
“We are gearing towards recovery from the pandemic by taking advantage of the potential opportunities presented by these big ticket infrastructure projects,” Yap said.
The BGC-Ortigas bridge, which is targeted for completion this year, will connect with the Lawton Avenue-Global City Viaduct to improve inter-city travel in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Makati.
The Metro Manila Subway Project, which is the country’s first intercity underground railway, meanwhile, has proposed stations in Ortigas, BGC, and Kalayaan Avenue, which are all located in the proximity of Allegra Garden Place.
The 1.2-hectare project was launched in September 2019 following the sales success of DMCI Homes’ first development in the area, Prisma Residences.
DMCI Homes expects Allegra Garden Place to replicate Prisma Residences’ feat and attract first-time homebuyers and young professionals working in BGC, Makati, Ortigas, and Eastwood City who are looking for versatile living spaces that can be their safe haven near their workplace.
The company likewise aims to generate interest from investors looking for properties with big rental and capital appreciation potential.
Known for building resort-inspired communities with healthy building designs and expansive amenity spaces, DMCI Homes envisions Allegra Garden Place to be a place that supports the health and well-being of residents.
Both the Amina and Soraya buildings bear DMCI Homes’ healthy building design, Lumiventt® Technology, to allow adequate air and natural light inside the condominium units.
DMCI Homes is also continuously improving the project design to include amenities that facilitates convenient “new normal” lifestyle.
Apart from studio units, Allegra Garden Place offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units which can easily accommodate a spacious workstation or a study corner for kids.
The property also boasts of resort-inspired amenities and big outdoor spaces that inspire a holistic lifestyle such as an elevated roof garden, kiddie pool, lap pool, leisure pool, game area, bar area, entertainment room, roof-deck, fitness gym, Sky Lounge and indoor multi-purpose court.
Allegra Garden Place is now pre-selling at P4.31 million onwards and will be ready for turnover starting with the Amina building in July 2024 and in July 2025 for Soraya building.
Allegra Garden Place is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.’s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
