The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines (MPL-PH) will open its arena for Season 11 starting 17 February 2023. With the country’s insurmountable achievements in the MLBB esports scene, including its recent M4 World Championship win, the 11th iteration of the country’s most prestigious MLBB esports event will showcase an elevated level of esports professionalism.
Running from 17 February to 16 April 2023, the tournament will welcome 220 fans per match at Shooting Gallery Studios, located at Zapote, Makati. Eight (8) teams will compete to take home the most-coveted title and the lion’s share worth USD 150,000 or approximately PHP 8,173,125. Playoffs take place from 3 – 7 May 2023.
“MPL Philippines Season 11 aims to showcase our elevated level of strength. The Philippines is known to be the birthplace of greatness with our MLBB esports titles, and there is no way to go but upward and onwars. Attendees will be required to present a proof of full vaccination with at least two (2) shots. For attendees who have taken Pfizer as a vaccine, they will only be required to show one (1) shot only. COVID-19 testing will not be required, but face masks are required to be worn within the venue.
The event will be limited to children below 7 years old will strictly prohibit the following for safety and security reasons:

Big Stage for New Legends
Fresh from taking home the M4 World Championship title, ECHO will retain its main five namely roamer Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera, jungler Karl Gabriel “KarlTzy” Nepomucno, Sanford EXP laner “Sanford” Marin Vinuya, middle laner Alston “Sanji” Pabico, and Gold laner Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzalez. The ‘Kontrapelo’ team will be headed by Coach Archie “Tictac” Reyes and Robert Alexis “Trebor” Sanchez who are known for their fatal counterpicks.
Blacklist International will start the season with a new set of agents. Gold laner Kiel “OHEB” Soriano will be replaced by John Redick “Red Vs Everybody” Bordeos while Salic “Hadji” Imam also sits out of Season 11 with Kenneth Carl “Yue” Tadeo taking over his slot. Former Nexplay EVOS EXP laner Renejay “Renejay” Barcarse joins the power duo Jonmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario. Coach Aniel “Master The Basics” Jiandani will lead the team together with Dexter “Dex Star” Alaba.
Season 11 will also see an all-new Nexplay EVOS with fresh faces namely Christian “GoyongDR” Martinez, Bien Salvador “BoyetDR” Chumacera, Jan Domenic “DomengDR” Del Mundo, Borris James “BruskoDR” Parro, and Danver “DingDR” Canja. The team will be headed by Jose Joshua “Josh” Alfaro as the head coach.
On the other hand, MSC 2021 semi finalist Joshua “Ch4knu” Mangilog will sit out of the games and be replaced with Deomark “Mikko” Tabangay. Smart Omega will be composed of Renz Errol “Renzio” Cadua, Grant Duane “Kelra” Pillas, Dale Rolan “Stowm” Vidor, and Dean Christian “Raizen” Sumagui. Patrick James “E2MAX” Caidic joins Jaime “Pakbet” Abalos to coach the team.
Current Kings of Southeast Asia RSG Slate PH will defend its throne with Dylan “Light” Catipon, Eman “Emann” Sangco, Dexter “Exort” Martinez, Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo, and former NXPE jungler John Paul “H2wo” Salonga. Brian “Panda” Lim remains as the head coach.
Last season’s ‘antidote’ team and Sibol qualifiers champions BREN Esports will be headed by Coach Francis “Ducky” Glindro with Coach Vrendon “Vren” Consul. The quintet will consist of Angelo Kyle “Pheww” Arcangel, Michael Angelo “KyleTzy” Sayson, Rogien “Owgwen” Unigo, Marco Stephen “Super Marco” Requitiano, and David “FlapTzy” Canon.
Season 10’s darkhorse ONIC will come back with vengeance this time. The team will consist of Archie “Pancake” Guevarra Jr., Kenneth “Nets” Barro, Stephen “Sensui” Castillo, Frince Miguel “Super Frince” Ramirez, and Landher “Der” San Gabriel. Coach Mark Kevin “Bluffzy” Reyes will lead the team.
Meanwhile, TNC Pro Team rises from the ashes with Ben Seloe “Benthings” Maglaque joining again this season. King Cyric “K1NGKONG” Perez, Jetson “Goyo” Ignacio, Kristofer “Hesu” Calderon, and John Vincent “Innocent” Banal complete the main five. Coach John Laurence “Lift” Ruiz will head the team with John Paul “Right” Lugtu.
Next-level community events
MPL-PH Season 11 levels up its engagement and rewards for its beloved community. The S11 viewer rewards program aims provide in-game prizes for them to claim during the broadcast. Codes will be provided on screen randomly.
Super fan attendance program will provide incentives to top 10 fans based on their attendance during the regular season. To qualify:
- Fan must go to the MPL-PH Season 11 venue and scan the official QR code displayed in the registration.
- Fan must sign up to check in for the event.
- Each broadcast day, fan will accumulate points for every check in.
- The winners will be announced at the end of the regular season.
The season will see the return of the Hall of Legends program to commemorate an MPL Philippines icon who has made remarkable contributions to the league and the game. Rules to nominate will be posted on MPL Philippines’ official social media pages.

The Regular Season of MPL-PH Season 11 commences on 17 February until 16 April 2023, with playoffs from 3-7 May 2023. The matches are scheduled to go live on Fridays and Sundays from 4 pm onwards, and 1:30 pm on Saturdays, based on a rolling schedule.
