Newport Mall and the Department of Tourism are hosting a culinary extravaganza called Yam It Up, showcasing the Philippines’ rich gastronomic heritage, featuring ube-infused dishes from partner restaurants from September 5 to October 5. “Yam It Up not only invites people to savor the exquisite flavors of purple yam but also provides an opportunity to highlight the Philippines’ culinary excellence on the global stage. We are grateful for the support of the Department of Tourism, and we are excited to stage more projects with them that will help boost local tourism,” said Newport Mall General Manager, Roshele Moreno.
