The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) Golf Cup 2025 returns for its third edition on March 27, 2025, at Wack Wack Golf & Country Club in Mandaluyong City. The event, a premier gathering for key housing and real estate stakeholders, will feature approximately 100 participants. The tournament will introduce the Double Peoria scoring system, ensuring a fair and competitive game for players of all skill levels and a level playing field for both seasoned and casual participants.

In addition to a redefined game format,  the tournament offers an unprecedented grand prize from Noble Home, a 24.96-square-meter Mille Case Residences condominium unit in Muntinlupa City for a designated hole-in-one winner.

“We’re excited to host the SHDA Golf Cup once again. This event isn’t just about the game; it’s about strengthening the relationships that drive the real estate industry forward,” said SHDA President Engr. Francis Villegas. “The revamped game format ensures a more enjoyable and competitive experience for all participants.”

SHDA Chairman Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr. emphasized the event’s broader industry impact: “Beyond the competition, the SHDA Golf Cup fosters collaboration between developers, financial institutions, and policymakers, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainable housing development.”

The tournament is open to golf enthusiasts, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders, with a registration fee of P9,500, which covers green fees, a shared golf cart, breakfast, lunch,  giveaways, and raffle entry, and Mulligan Shot fee of P500. Non-golfers can participate in the luncheon and awards program for P4,500.

A key highlight of the event is the introduction of the Grand Master Trophy, along with special awards in various categories.

Distinguished guests, including Mandaluyong Mayor Benjamin Abalos Sr., Philippine Guarantee Corporation President Alberto Pascual, SHDA Chairman Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr., and SHDA President Engr. Francis Villegas will be present for the ceremonial tee-off, highlighting the event’s significance in fostering public-private sector partnerships.
