Procedure: Mix pancake mix, eggs, and milk. Whisk until most lumps dissolve. Heat a non-stick pan using medium/high heat. Brush the pan with a little butter. Place slices of King Sue Bacon and Ham on a skillet and then top with pancake mix until covered. Cook until the top is bubbly and the edges start to dry. Flip and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown (about 45 seconds-1 minute).

Procedure: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and yogurt until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. In another bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, walnuts, and cranberries. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss evenly to coat. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread both sides of bread with butter and toast until brown. Assemble the sandwich. Place 1/2 cup of cabbage salad on top of one toasted bread. Add 2 slices of King Sue Bacon and 4 slices of apple. Procedure: Place slices of toasts on a clean work surface. Spread with butter. Place the King Sue Chicken Nuggets, King Sue Sweet Ham, and cheese slices on one of the pieces of bread. Top with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side down. Beat the egg and milk together to form the batter. Dip the sandwich in batter until completely coated and the liquid has partially soaked into the bread. Cook on a griddle until browned on both sides. Cut in half or quarters and serve.

Tell everyone in the household that no one is allowed to order food outside because today is a home-cooked comfort food day, but we can’t stop them from craving for Pizza, that is why we took this extra effort to give you a recipe for Meat Lover’s Pizza topped with King Sue’s Bacon, Sweet Ham, Pepperoni, and Chorizo Bilbao.

Procedure: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Lightly spread tomato sauce on the prepared pizza crust. Sprinkle over half of the mixed cheeses. Add in King Sue Bacon cubes and King Sue Sweet Ham. Top the rest of the mixed cheeses, King Sue Pepperoni, King Sue Chorizo Bilbao, and caramelized onions. Season with freshly cracked pepper. Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely. Cut into slices and enjoy.

Procedure: Heat Olive oil and sauté bacon. When bacon is cooked, add in garlic and onions. Add in lentils and sliced sausage. Add some thyme and bay leaf. Mix well. Pour in beef stock, add balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add in chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
