With Love, a curated pop-up retail space in Singapore, has ended its eight-month operation at 23 Keong Saik Road. Launched in September 2024, the space aimed to support small businesses and connect thoughtful, women-led brands with a community of shoppers. With Love has featured over 30 brands from the Asia Pacific region, offering a meaningful retail alternative rooted in community and care. The store will close on 25 May 2025.
“With Love started with the belief that we could do more together than alone — that by sharing space, stories, and resources, small brands could grow in a way that’s intentional and sustainable. My hope is that this isn’t just a pop-up, but the beginning of a new kind of retail movement in Southeast Asia and beyond,” said Mary Knickrehm Kumar, Founder of With Love. “This final month is a celebration of how far we’ve come, and every item in the store represents the dream of a small business owner. As we close this chapter, we’re exploring ways to continue uplifting this community in a more lasting way.”
To mark its closing chapter, With Love has welcomed three new brands to its line-up, each one reflecting the shared values of intentional craftsmanship, founder-led design, and thoughtful fashion:
- Tiffany Studios (Vietnam): Romantic womenswear handcrafted by expert tailors in Hanoi, rooted in traditional construction and modern elegance.
- Wustler (Malaysia): Luxurious yet approachable sleepwear and loungewear, made with buttery-soft fabrics for elevated everyday comfort.
- Paper Palette (Singapore): Softly tailored, nature-inspired pieces designed for comfort and creativity, inspired by quiet moments and the natural world.
These latest additions join a thoughtfully curated showcase of brands across fashion, accessories, and lifestyle that have helped shape With Love’s ethos of community and collaboration, some of whom were present at a recent panel discussion to reflect on their journey.
“With Love has helped us connect more closely with our international audience in a way we hadn’t experienced before. We’ve received incredibly warm feedback from customers in Singapore and beyond, even someone who saw our bags on TikTok and came all the way from Greece to find us,” said Michelly Mondong, Co-Founder of KAMI. “As a brand founded by two women working across cities, we started with doubts about whether we could grow beyond Indonesia. With Love gave us that leap of courage by providing a space to connect, be seen, and feel confident that our designs truly speak across borders.”
“Vietnamese brands are gaining global attention, and having a physical presence in Singapore through With Love was exactly the kind of touchpoint we needed. It’s helped us meet a new audience — and it feels like we’re right where we’re meant to be,” said Cindy Le, Founder of Fig & Tonka. “At first, our goal was market expansion. But after a few months at With Love, I realised it’s also about community. It’s not just about selling — it’s about being part of something that connects, uplifts, and celebrates stories like ours.”
“Wustler has always been rooted in thoughtfulness, from our signature fabric blends to the way we offer complimentary personalisation service. Being at With Love, a space just as considered and intentional, felt like the right fit from day one,” said Haylea Khoo, Founder of Wustler. “We’ve been online-based in Kuala Lumpur for years with occasional pop-ups & stockist partners in Malaysia, and recently started our physical retail expansion in Singapore, from joining Boutiques Singapore to being a part of this physical space at With Love. These opportunities gave us something we didn’t know we were missing — real connection. Our community in Singapore is growing, and With Love gave us the perfect starting point as our first official stockist in Singapore.”
As With Love enters its final month, these stories are just a few among a wider community of brands that have shaped the pop-up’s journey, with each one bringing a unique perspective on design, identity, and purpose.
Hailing from Malaysia, Fondest crafts collections that celebrate women’s curves through confident, effortlessly chic silhouettes, while Fig & Tonka from Vietnam brings Vietnamese craftsmanship to the fore through timeless garments made for elegant, everyday wear.
From Indonesia, KAMI offers minimalist vegan leather bags inspired by Korean fashion, designed for sustainability-conscious shoppers, and Pithecanthropus, a Bali-based label, is rooted in Indonesian heritage, translating time-honoured craftsmanship into modern silhouettes.
The Philippines is represented by Cariño, which reimagines classic cuts into timeless wardrobe staples for the modern woman, and Artisanat Handmade, a resortwear brand focused on versatile, sustainable everyday essentials.
From Hong Kong, Annibody creates body-loving bodysuits and elevated basics that embrace all shapes and sizes, while Anaphe delivers timeless silk pieces meant to be cherished and worn across seasons. Parallel 51, also from Hong Kong, offers a quiet elegance through minimalist staples designed for real-life versatility.
Singaporean brands remain at the heart of With Love’s community, with Paradigm Shift Label leading the charge in ethical, minimalist fashion, and The Individual Society offering bold, personal jewellery designed to be layered and lived in.
Finally, Nakedsol, an Indonesian footwear brand, celebrates strong, free-spirited women through its diverse range of feminine, fashion-forward heels and sandals, adding a finishing touch to the regional mix.
As more shoppers seek value-driven alternatives to mass retail, With Love has carved out a distinct space — one built on storytelling, connection, and collaboration. By reimagining traditional retail, With Love has created access and opportunity for small brands, while fostering a new kind of community-led shopping experience.
“We see With Love as a first step towards our vision of a world where independent brands can thrive, free from traditional retail barriers,” said Mary. “We hope that this will be the start of a movement that invites people to shop more meaningfully and to support the real people behind the products that they love, building a more inclusive, accessible, and globally competitive marketplace.”
As With Love enters its final weeks at Keong Saik Road, shoppers are invited to visit, explore the new arrivals, and be part of the final chapter of this meaningful pilot — celebrating a new wave of women-led and independent brands from the region.
With Love will be open from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm daily until 25 May 2025, at 23 Keong Saik Road.
